Teething period

My LO is 4 months old, turning 5 months in 2 weeks time. I realise she likes to put her fingers at her gum area. Is she going to grow tooth soon? She tends to get cranky sometimes and she'll refuse milk or water. What can i do to soothe?

Can try giving her cooling /normal teethers or can try requesting from PD those gel to apply on gums for teething.
