LO is 3 months old, so recently I’ve changed the TT teats to stage 2 (for 3m+ babies, medium flow) but then the teats keep caving inwards and collapsing during feeds. Tried squeezing the valve but still happening. Changed back to stage 1 teat (slow flow) the same thing happened whereas prior to changing it, the teats work totally fine.
