When to establish nap routine?

My LO is 2.5 months now, and her naps are very short like 10-20 min each time and mostly contact naps, at the living room. Wondering when to establish nap routine..? TIA!

My baby 4 months also on off nap. Sometimes good nap almost 2 hours, sometimes as little as 15-20mins. I guess it depends on the baby. I would usually swaddle, and on white noise
