My lo 18 mth got viral fever. See pd n gave meds. Any home remedies?

Lotsa water. If not boil Barley water to drink. Cool baby neck forehead and back wif a cold towel. For viral u juz have to wait for it to ride it out. Viral fever Usually *fingers crossed*, by the 4th day it will start to subside.
