5 weeks delay

Hi, my LMP is june 10 and im already 5 weeks delay and nagpt ako lahat fainted positive but nagpa TVS ako wala pa nakita as in wala pa daw as of my OB, is that possible or it just to early to see the Gestational Sac .TIA #second
