face rashes on 1 month

my little one is 1 month and has rashes on his face.what shall i do??kelan ito mwawala?na.experience nyo ba gnto momshies??

I experience it po sa lo ko.. I just put breastmilk po sa affected areas 5 mins before siya maligo.. and try cethapil aveeno for bathing po and perla po for washing clothes ni lo.. sensitive pa po mxado ang skin ng newborn kya gnyn po..
