Would like to ask if ut’s okay to have a shoulder, head and arm massage? I’m 3 months pregnant now. Thank you! #advicepls #firsttimemom #FTM

find a therapist trained to do pre natal massages as there are certain pressure points to be avoided during pregnancy.
