Is it blighted Ovum?

Last week po I tested positive sa pregnancy test so nagpacheck ako sa OB ko kahapon. As per unltrasould and transV wala pang fetus pr embryo, icheck daw ulit next month. Is it possible po ba na I’m having a Blighted Ovum? Please help me on this. Salamat. Picture below is from my ultrasound test. #pleasehelp
