sakin nun 3x a day na main meal then in between may merienda or snack. like for example 6am bfast 9am snack (crackers or prutas) 12pm lunch 3 or 4pm snack 7pm dinner 10pm snack (milk at biscuit) i suggest na eat more on protein rather than carbs para di agad magutom..mas mabilis makagutom kung puro carbs. also drink 2-3L of water.
Im sugar controlled starting 36 weeks kasi ayaw na ni doc lumaki baby. Kaya im eating less sugar and carbs more protein and fiber.
