Lagi po akong sinusumpong ng allergic rhynitis ko every morning. Im 16 weeks pregnan5. Ano po katang pwede jong i take na antihistamines?

Bawal mommy antihistamine pag preggy. Yung OB ko po twice a day potencee na 500mg for 5 days pag sinussumpong ako. May allergic rhinitis din po kasi ako hehe. Then after nun once a day na all throughout pregnancy.
