Headaches in second trimester
Hi ladies, Im a working mummy and have been under abit of stress. I realised my headaches can get so horrible and it affects my work and driving. Any advice to overcome this please?

You can try essential oils like lavender or peppermint. Stress is not good for you and baby so try to find time or ways to destress. like self care time such as medi/pedi, a body massage, retail therapy, walks at the park etc.
