Pain around hip bones when sneezing

Hi ladies, first time pregnant here. I'm at 10w6d now and sometimes when I sneeze, especially when I'm lying down, I feel sharp pain at my hip bone area for about 5-10 seconds. Is this common or should I be concerned?

Hi, yes, I do experience it too at 12 weeks. It's normal. Bend your body forward or curve it sideways when you want to sneeze to avoid it. It's very painful, and it's feels like cramp like after that, too.
