Does anyone have sharp pain v low in the abdomen area when sneezing?

Yep same but it is normal. Sometimes when i know i am about to cough or sneeze i will press my lower abdomen ahhahahha, it helps a bit

Yup! Just hold your tummy (or lift it slightly) before you sneeze or cough. It will help :)

Yup its called ligament pain. Hate it when i cough or sneeze or sudden stretch.

it’s normal. you just caused that muscle to contract while sneezing.
