Bleeding in 8 weeks pregnancy

Hi ladies.. First time mother here.. Im 33 years old and got pregnant after IUI procedure.. Currently 8 weeks pregnant and saw baby and baby's heartbeat in last scan.. However, 2 days ago and today I experienced vaginal bleeding. I rushed to doctor who said baby is safe. Today I am again at the doctor waiting to be examined.. Any of you experienced this before? Should I be worried?

i had this experience na nag p.t po ako ng 2 beses tapos nag positive then on the first day of february nag spotting ako so nagrush ako papunta ng ob tapos inultrasound ako sa pwerta after nun 6 days ako dinugo na parang nireregla then nag p.t ako ngayon and it says negative isang guhit nalang 3 times na ako ngayon nag p.t ask ko lang normal ba kung nagkakamali rin minsan ang pregnancy test?

Same what happened to me , I'm positive in the first p.t, I did ultrasound in my 6 wks because of spotting, after 2 weeks I had severe bledding for 2 days and when they did ultrasound again even the sac is there nofetal rate and the obgyne told me it's gone... It's a spontaneous abortiin/miscarriage 😢😭
