Hi mommy. Aside form just elevating your legs you can try buying epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) lagay ka 2-3 tablespoon sa pail or bucket with warm water. Babad mo legs and paa mo for atleast 15-20 minutes then chaka ka magelevate ng legs mo. Do it twice daily.
