Depending on the child's age. Different ages requires different kids activities( no screen time), to keep their time occupied while adults dine.

At least the kids can go play while my hubby and I can enjoy the food if not must keep running around them

At least have kid friendly furniture ie high chair. Kid plates/bowls/spoons are a bonus

It's important as I hope that my kids enjoy the restaurant as much as we did.

Definately..some even have things (toys, colouring etc) to engage the kids.

No not really. Dont really let my kids go there in case it is dirty
