Braxton Hicks are false contractions. Para syang labor pains but not regular. Feeling hilab parang intense na LBM kung nakaranas kana Hindi ka makakatayo ng tuwid maybe what you’re experiencing is abdominal separation pain.
im really not familiar (contraction) since this is my first time, a bit worried of what im experiencing right now though ob said its normal kaso lately madalas ko na nararamdaman and im not yet on full term plus the baby is still in transverse position,kinda uncomfortable lalo na if he stretches or.move inside my tummy,parang lage may nakaharang...btw thank you for the reply..
