Honestly during my 1st tri ganyan din ako every other day ako maligo pero lagi nlng ako hugas pechay😂tapos normal lang dika magana kumain pero pagsapit mo ng 2nd tri magulang ka nlng kc lagi ka nmn magugutom.ang importante dont skip your vitamins saka drink more water and eat fruits and veggies kahit pakonti konti lang.
