Baby keeps flipping

I've been wondering if it's normal for baby to start flipping at 2 months and successfully roll frm bck to front at 2.5 months? He cld alr hold up his neck and turn his head ard during tummy time rather stably. His day naps duration is now just abt an hr or even less. He just turned 3 months and keeps wanting to roll and starting to kick his legs like want to move forward. Our family thinks he's just fast developmentally but I'm afraid if he has stomach reflux tt's why it's causing him to want to keep turning. He does spit up occasionally aft feeding. I'm only seeing his PD in a month's time for check-up. Anyone experienced this before? #FTM
