Drinking cold water
I've been told by many that I shouldn't be drinking cold water as it is bad but I dont understand. In what way(s) is it bad for me and my baby? I've always loved drinking cold water esp in hot humid weather.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with drinking cold water especially in a hot weather. It doesn't in anyway affect the baby as the temperature of what you eat/drink doesn't get to where the baby is (womb). Remember the baby only feeds through the placenta and the food would have gone through some digestive processes before reaching the placenta. So if you usually drink cold water on a normal day without any side effects, you can also do while pregnant.
