Does anyone have/had pregnancy rhinitis?
I've been having this since I knew I was pregnant and I'm just on my 7th week pero hindi nawawala. Sobrang uncomfortable dahil di ka makahinga kahit nakaupo ka while sleeping.

Mag salinase po kayo pinapatak or spray sa ilong para matanggal bara. Other than that dont self medicate.
