How do you cope with the breathlessness during the third trimester?
I’ve been having difficulty to sleep at night during my sleep in the day and in the evening I faced breathlessness. Any idea how to overcome it so that my quality of sleep is better?

Sleeping with pillows supporting the upper back, which can allow gravity to pull the uterus down and give the lungs more space. Tilting slightly to the left in this position also helps. Take care!

You may need 2 more pillows to prop yourself up. Also lie on your side. Hope that helps..
