I've been feeling on and off pain from yesterday afternoon till today. what's wrong? anyone encounter this

Braxton hicks. Feels like contraction but not the real thing. Comes and go and will go when you change position. Contraction pain will not go away no matter how you change your position, lie or sit down, etc.
