centre below pain

Anyone feel centre below pain on and off? Not sure why today has this feeling. Today more intense.Already week 13. By right pass the 1st trimester. Why still like that?

Ur uterus is expanding.. Its normal.. 😊 If the cramp came with bleeding.. Better go a&e.. Thats not normal..
