Exercise help dilate

Ive been doing long walks, some stairs, eating dates and doing some squats since 38 weeks but during my 38 + 4 appointment im still not dilated. Which i was disappointed i thought i couldve atleast dilated 1cm. And gynae even told me theres no scientific proof that all these will help labor. Should i just stop or continue ? #FTM

Same here 38w+ you're not alone.. not dilated after trying everything too. looks like our baby wants to keep baking :/ guess they get to choose the date they want. Can't wait for obvious labour signs!

Mama to 1 and another 1 upcoming!

just continue. but don't go too hard on yourself. your baby will know when to come out. don't rush things. hopefully your progression during labour is fast.
