personally I wouldn't go swimming after an embryo transfer. I might worry that the chlorine in the water might cause any infection or interfere with any vaginal progesterone inserts which one may be using post embryo transfer. so, I wouldn't advise swimming to risk anything or just to have a peace of mind. When the pregnancy is stable then I will go swimming.

Same thoughts. I am an IVF mummy here too. Did fresh transfer. But I would play safe and not swim now. I was pretty careful, only did walking and light stretching to make sure I’m not sedentary. But nothing more than that.
