Isit normal to have cramps but no bleeding at abt 12 weeks ?
Yes it’s normal to feel cramps throughout the whole pregnancy, but it should not be super painful type and should not be coupled with bleeding. If it is please go to the doctor. Crampy feels is due to uterus expanding.
