Isit normal to accidentally pee whenever cough or sneeze? I'm quite worried

Yes it is. I gave up entirely on using pads (even overnight ones) and opt to get those Kotex diapers to prevent leaking… I’m already on my 38th week and even a simply cough, it be a splash! Plus, using those adult diapers saves time washing my underwear 😅

Super normal!! First time it happened to me I was walking around in public! That sheer panic! And I’m only in 2nd trimester. So now I wear a panty liner every time I leave the house. 😂

Oh dear!! What I do is I try to clear my bladder as often as I can to prevent this. I opted to wfh so I do have that privilege to use the toilet often. If you’re stuck at work/ meeting I suggest to wear a bigger pad (like maybe night pad) to prevent accidents from happening. Understand it can be quite embarrassing. All the best!! 💕
