Is it a must to do post natal massage? As mine first normal vaginal delivery i did do the massage but this time round i never do any massage .. Is it okay?

It's up to personal preferences. There is not right or wrong for this. For me i didn't do in both pregnancies as i wasn't feeling very good (emotionally) and during my second confinement, i was busy with handling my elder child. The only difference i see from people who did the massage is, their post natal belly shrink much faster due to the excess wind which have been expelled. If you didn't do this time round, no worries. Just focus more on core muscles exercise to tone up the tummy area.
