Is this recommended for babies learning to walk?

I personally think there is no right or wrong answer in this. Much talk have been going around that walkers are unsafe for babies but most of us grow up in walkers. For this type of push to walk, I believe has long as the baby can stand with lots of stability, it's perfectly fine under supervision.
