Not by name but you can check the employment record of a foreign domestic worker by logging into the WP Online webpage (link below). You will need a SingPass and the foreign domestic worker's Foreign Identification Number (FIN) or Work Permit number. http://www.mom.gov.sg/eservices/services/wp-online-for-employers-of-fdws
