Yes, a low grade fever is one of the common symptoms that babies exhibit when teething, though you should bring her to the doctor if it lasts for more than 3 days. Sponge your baby with a wet cloth frequently to bring down the fever. I use KoolFever patches which can be pasted onto her forehead. This is readily available from Watsons for about $6.
