When did you introduce thicker consistency food to your baby?

About 7mos cos now that he’s 9mos he prefers chewable solids. Guilty of not doing BLW it seems impossible due to circumstances but I think it’s better since I also can’t handle the mess. 😅

Approx 12 months when I feel he is ready
