I do this once a day lang since I’m a SAHM and I only direct latch my son since birth. 😁 Nag-sstart lang ako mag build ng small stash just for back up. HEHE. 😅 Only started pumping last week.

Do powerpump, same time of the day. Para alam ng breast mo kung kelan mag susupply ng madami :)
