Do you really accept your in-laws like your own family?

Can’t stand my in-laws after living in their house after my first born turned 3 months. They’re disgusting AF, unhygienic and the toilet reeks of piss EVERY SINGLE TIME. My FIL doesn’t shower, scratches his scabs and touches my daughter. My SIL’s room is a freaking pig sty, her clothes smells of piss and sweat, dishes are piled up and nobody bothers to wash them. It’s disgusting. I am a germaphobe and I really can’t stand it. I hate coming back to my in-laws every weekdays.
