Flu and headache for few days

Am in my 8th week. Having bad flu and headache for few days now. Went to see the gynae and he prescribed some flu med and paracetamol. Took 3 rounds of med, but am not feeling any better. Any home remedies that you could share? Don't wanna keep eating the meds..?

Try using air difusser. All my kids i use chamomile and it gradually goes away. Drink lots of warm water to flush out the phelgm.
