Maternity leave.

Im working on a private company. And currently pregnant for my 1st baby. Nag ask ako about sa maternity leave sabi daw po samin di pa daw po na implement and 4 mos na maternity leave. So 1 month lang daw po ako makakapag leave na. Totoo po kaya yon?
