Hello mommy, try to eat more masabaw na foods. Try natalac aswell yan kasi recommended ni Ob saken before. Pero hindi ko na tina-take ngayon kasi mas nag iinvest ako sa pagkain ng lactation treats / lactation foods. Mas madami akong milk and at the same time nakakain ko yung mga cravings ko so win win situation kami ni baby. It works for me maybe you can try too 😊 we are 17 months EBF na 😊😊
