Is if safe to eat chicken jerky?

Im wondering if chicken jerky is safe to eat than beef jerky? since chicken jerky is fully cooked and shredded chicken before mixing with anneto oil and some seasonings.

Safe is to avoid anything you feel unsure abt, but if craving strikes, i think shld be alright to eat 1 or 2 😅
