hello! just to share, my personal guide is not consume any herbal things or anything that you’re unsure of, because you don’t know how it’ll affect pregnancy and baby. if you want to be safe, then maybe don’t consume it during pregnancy?
Nope it’s not safe to consume ginseng during pregnancy!
