breaking the news

I'm at week 6 now and I'm concerned that sharing this news later to my superiors will not help in the planning of work for the next year. At which week of pregnancy is good to break the news? Or rather, any advice on this? TIA!

I only inform my superior during end of my 1st trimester. My job doesnt require neither travel nor carry heavy things.
