I'm at week 6 now and I'm concerned that sharing this news later to my superiors will not help in the planning of work for the next year. At which week of pregnancy is good to break the news? Or rather, any advice on this? TIA!
I informed my superior once my pregnancy was confirmed by the doc which was at week 9. My job is quite demanding and laborious so i figured its best for me to inform for my own wellbeing and to seek their understanding.
