Im 34 weeks too.. My baby weight is 2.1kgs, sabi ng ob ko malaki daw c baby sa 34weeks. Pero less rice ako.. 😊
Eat ice cream, more protein (beef, fish, chicken), durian..it works for me..hope it works for you too
More protein? Had a friend went for bbq meat every other weekend... and baby gain to healthy weight.
Durian does help in weight increase but remember to CONTROL as it will increase very fast
