can boil red dates and longan to drink

I'm week 17 now. Not sure if can drink such heaty and nourishing drink. Or even goji boil with water? I used to drink them sometimes. But since pregnant I didn't drink any at all.

My wife drank during her pregnancies. To avoid heatiness, you may drink less frequent and more plain water.
