I’m trying to conceive but I have pcos. Got checked earlier and my OB gave me medicine. Can anyone share some stories or tips on how to conceive right away?

Ako dn my PCOS, nd ko alam kung ano ung tlgng nktlong skn bsta ngdiet ako uminom ng fern c, fern d at milka ska glutathione at dasal. Then dmting ako sa point n alm ko n s srili ko n mlpt nqng mbunts
