I’m trying to conceive but I have pcos. Got checked earlier and my OB gave me medicine. Can anyone share some stories or tips on how to conceive right away?

i have pcos. nag diet at exercise ako nung March to May 2020 i lost 7kgs. sinundo na ko ng asawa ko papunta sa bahay nila June 2020 GCQ na. buong 2020 september lang ako niregla, first and last. November nalaman kong buntis na ko. Now, 5 months pregnant ❤️❣️ Advice ko lang wag ka mag pills and anong gamot. try mo muna mag exercise and diet mas effective
