PCOS & PREGNANCY
I’m trying to conceive but I have pcos. Got checked earlier and my OB gave me medicine. Can anyone share some stories or tips on how to conceive right away?
paalaga po sa ob. i have pcos din po l. diagnosed last dec 2016. been taking pills and metformin po for 3 years. 2018 nag abroad po ako since wala ung althea pills abroad and di ako hiyang sa ibang pills dahil nagmimigraine ako weeks before my period nagstop muna since regular naman po period ko eversince kaso malakas lang po at lagpas 7 days. july 2019 i tried low carb diet pero di po strict, naglose naman po ako ng 8 kg and nag vit d rin po ako dahil may defiency ako. nov 2019 kinasal po kmi ni hubby then feb 2020 i found out na preggy na po ako. i forgot to mention may 2019 po nagstart kami gumamit ni hubby ng usana. samahan nyo din po ng prayers
