PCOS & PREGNANCY

I’m trying to conceive but I have pcos. Got checked earlier and my OB gave me medicine. Can anyone share some stories or tips on how to conceive right away?

I have pcos din po before, nalaman ko sya since 2018 pa. Simula nung nag lock down nag stop din yung work ko kaya nagkaroon ako ng time para makapag exercise, jogging and swimming. Nag basic work out din ako sa bahay. Siguro dahil nadin sa wala pang work nakaiwas sa stress. Now I am 3 months pregnant ❤️❤️. Exercise and iwas stress po talaga. at pinakamahalaga. Samahan nadin ng dasal.
