Do you have a hard time eating?
I'm in week 7 going week 8. Struggling to eat these days since week 5. Always feeling nauseous and want to vomit but did not physically vomit. Spending so much time just trying to eat daily can be so exhausting 😮💨

Same here. I learn to listen to my body and consume what i need, usually I seek what I am craving for! It helps to take small amounts throughout the day. Discovered that I needed to eat every 3h and it does make me feel better. Especially when I’m at work. Take care of yourself :)
