Nausea and lonely

I'm in my week 14+. I feel nausea everyday and vomit quite abit even though gynae prescribed me meds to take. I feel very lonely in this pregnancy, like no one understands me and what i am going through. I have lost 8+kg. I do feel depressed at times. I am not sure what to do to help myself out of this situation. Help mummies!

I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough time. Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy can be really challenging, especially when it feels like nobody around you understands what you're going through. It's completely normal to feel lonely and depressed in this situation, but please know that you're not alone. First of all, I want to encourage you to keep taking the medication prescribed by your gynae, as it can really help with managing the nausea and vomiting. If you find that the medication isn't helping as much as you'd like, don't hesitate to reach out to your doctor again to discuss other options. In addition to the medical aspect, it's also important to take care of your mental and emotional well-being. Finding a support system can make a huge difference. Whether it's talking to friends or family members who have been through similar experiences, joining a local pregnancy support group, or even seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor, having someone to lean on can help alleviate some of the loneliness and depression you're feeling. As for the weight loss, it's essential to monitor it closely and speak to your gynae about any concerns you may have. They might recommend certain dietary changes or supplements to ensure both you and your baby are getting the nutrients you need. Remember to take things one day at a time and be kind to yourself. Pregnancy is a rollercoaster of emotions and physical changes, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed. You're doing an amazing job, and things will get better. Hang in there, mama! https://invl.io/cll6she
